Szymon Niemiec & Jacek Alder Make History In Poland For Gays (25 September 2007)

The Third Polish Republic established a tribunal in the year 2000 to prosecute crimes by former Communist regime against Polish citizens. The sole purpose of this institution is to officially investigate alleged crimes committed during the years 1939 to 1987 which violated the Polish Constitution. It took twenty-two years for someone to file official documents demanding an investigations into crimes against the homosexual communities of Poland.  On 25th September 2007 Szymon Niemiec and Jacek Adler made an official request of the tribunal to look into these claims. Mr Szymon Niemiec is a candidate for the upcoming Polish Parliament elections and Mr Jacek Adler is owner of Poland's most popular gay web portal gaylife.pl. The yearly average migration of young and talented entreprenuers ( TIME) between the ages of 18 - 35 is estimated at 2 million.
